Who can I call for general information questions about conducting social emotional screenings in my child care center?  
Call the Warm Line, toll-free at (866) 345-2445 or e-mail qualitystartmhc@yahoo.com.  Calls to the Warm Line will be returned Monday – Thursday between 1pm - 3pm.  Please note that the Warm Line is for child care center directors, owners, and/or teachers who are implementing/using social-emotional screenings.  Parents may also call if they are seeking additional general information about the screenings.  Referral information and screening information about specific children is not available on the Warm Line.
